*(1) Adult participants of programs, parents or other official representatives of minor participants of programs bear all the legal and moral responsibility for conscientiousness of their behaviour in the course of implementation of the specified programs, as well as the reliability of information provided and originality of the certified objects.

*(2) The creative competition assumes the assessment of the creative works submitted by the child-contestant. Such assessment is performed by all members of the IASHE International Expert Board, as well as qualified experts in the relevant areas of art from around the world invited by the IASHE. The final expert assessment result is defined as an arithmetic mean of marks given to creative works of the contest participants by the similar list of experts. Every expert gives a general mark after examining all creative works submitted by the corresponding contestant. In case if the expert marks given to individual contestants are equal, when determining winners and awardees the privilege is granted to: 1) firstly – to the younger contestants; 2) secondly – to the contestants who have performed (created) a work of art by themselves (solely). Submission of the contestants’ creative works assumes providing high-quality photos and videos of children performing (creating) original works of art. A contestant’s creative work is the work of art creatively performed (created) by the contestant independently or with insignificant help of assistants. Submission of works, the main part of which is performed (created) by several persons (as co-authors) is not allowed, except for the cases when every such co-author is a competent contestant.

Videos of creative works are preliminarily uploaded by parents or other official representatives of the child to one of the popular video sharing websites. Length of a video record of one original work performed by the young contestant cannot exceed 10 minutes. Literary works are additionally provided in the form of electronic typewritten manuscripts in the proper format. Parents or other official representatives of the child send the photo of the young contestant to the IASHE.

The creative competition is held on the specialized IASHE website called "Micro Academy". The results of a creative competition are summed every quarter and every calendar year. Information about previous competitions is archived and available for everyone interested.

*(3) Submission of theoretical tests assumes presentation of electronic copies of brief reviews (in English) written by three authoritative educators from the educational institution the program participant is studying in. Reviews must include the marks of tests recommended by such educators. Tests are formulated by authors in a free form and undergo the anti-plagiarism check. 10-point grading system is used to assess them. When working on the test tasks participants of the program should show their independent understanding of the analysed issue. Tests are assessed by members of the IASHE International Expert Board whose scientific and pedagogical qualification corresponds to the problems stated in the theses. The final expert assessment result is an arithmetic mean. The test is considered to be successfully passed when the final expert assessment result is at least 7/10. If the final expert assessment result of the test is over 5/10, but less than 7/10, general experts’ recommendations in relation to improvement of the test contents will be provided to the contestant together with the right to make corrections and submit a new version of the test for the expert assessment at no cost (only once).

When working on the test tasks the consulting and methodological assistance of the scientific supervisor is possible only when such help does not significantly affect the statement of scientific problems and their analysis by the program participant.

In order to take part in the Progress Academy or Pro Academy programs full age persons or parents (official representatives) of minors must provide the following personal information: 1) Photo of the contestant; 2) First name and last name; 3) Country, city; 4) Year of birth and number of complete years; 5) Current educational institution; 6) Parent (official representative); 7) Supervisor of studies (if any).

Implementation and results of the Progress Academy and the Pro Academy programs can be tracked on the relevant IASHE websites. All relevant data is stored there as well.

*(4) Submission of an essay assumes presentation of electronic copies of brief reviews (in English) written by three authoritative educators from the educational institution the program participant is studying in. Reviews must include the marks of essays recommended by such educators. All essays are formulated by authors in a free form and undergo the anti-plagiarism check. 10-point grading system is used to assess them. An essay must include the name of its author, his/her age (number of complete years) when writing the essay, his/her country, city, an educational institution and the supervisor of studies. An opening of the essay must include the brief abstract and the list keywords in English. An essay is assessed by members of the IASHE International Expert Board whose scientific and pedagogical qualification corresponds to the problems stated in the essay. The final expert assessment result is an arithmetic mean. The essay is considered to have successfully passed the expertise when the final expert assessment result is at least 7/10. If the final expert assessment result of the essay is over 5/10, but less than 7/10, general experts’ recommendations in relation to improvement of the essay contents will be provided to its author together with the right to make corrections and submit a new version of the essay test for the expert assessment at no cost (only once).

When writing an essay its author is recommended to choose the interconnected scientific problems of 2 (qualification essay) or 3 (certification or professional essay) related disciplines and to make an attempt to offer an original comprehensive interpretation of such problems, as well as the reasonable author's methods to solve them. Examples: 1) An array of problems in the field of Economics, Law and Psychology; a possible subject for a research: "Influence of personal traits and regulatory environment of personal activity on the economic behaviour model"; 2) An array of problems in the field of Biology, History and Philosophy; a possible subject for a research: "Anthropological and worldview factors of the human history development"; 3) An array of problems in the field of Math, Physics and Logic (Philosophy); a possible subject for a research: "Influence of abstract thinking and mathematical methods of analysis on the development of natural sciences".

Using the assistance of a supervisor the program participant independently chooses the corresponding complex issue (a complex combination of field-specific problems) and performs its original analysis, being guided by personal cognitive interests, as well as creative perception of reality and educational information.

When working on the essay the consulting and methodological assistance of the scientific supervisor is possible only when such help does not significantly affect the statement of scientific problems and their analysis by the program participant.

Implementation and results of the Progress Academy and the Pro Academy programs can be tracked on the relevant IASHE websites. All relevant data is stored there as well.

* (5) Materials submitted for publication must meet the requirements set in the IASHE GISAP project.

* (6) The Europass Certificate supplement is issued to the basic diploma or certificate of vocational secondary education of the successful program participant provided that such document has not been issued together with the diploma earlier - in the educational institution. The Europass Certificate supplement is issued by the IASHE to the basic diploma or certificate of vocational secondary education with assistance of the head of the relevant educational institution or on the basis of the notarized translation (into English) of the diploma and the annex to it.

*(7) Contest winners and awardees in every nomination within each age category are determined at the end of the current quarter provided that the necessary criteria of competition between participants in the corresponding nomination of a certain age group are present. The winner and two awardees (complete pedestal) of a competition are determined at the end of the current quarter provided that there were at least 4 participants in the corresponding quarter. Quarter winners of the second and the third places of the contest are determined provided that there were at least 3 participants in the corresponding quarter. The third-place winner of the quarter is determined provided that there were at least 2 participants in the corresponding quarter.

In cases when winners and awardees of the competition in every nomination within every age category cannot be determined at the end of the relevant quarter according to the rules set, such results can be summed up at the yearend (provided that the necessary criteria of competition between participants in the corresponding nomination of a certain age group are present).

*(8) Statuses and documents of Academicians and Corresponding members of the IASHE Micro Academy, Progress Academy and Pro Academy are provided by the motivated decision of the IASHE Presidium as soon as the relevant programs of every calendar year are finished.

*(9) The publication fee is the same as the price for the relevant services established in the GISAP project launched by the IASHE.
